I work as an IT Manager and needed one place to organize my day: tickets, assets, deadlines, security. So I built it. It's a full-stack portal in Laravel 13 + Filament 5 on SQL Server, with helpdesk, asset inventory, knowledge base and a NIS2 register, integrated with Wazuh and Slack.
